In 1975, Aurora Christian opened its doors to families who were seeking a school for their children that would be founded on the basis of Christian Education and Godly leadership.  This holds true today, and as the new principal to the preschool, I am excited for a year in which we will be able to put into practice the mission of Aurora Christian School which is:

To lead students to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, educate them from a Christian worldview, and prepare them for a life of service to Christ and their world.

I am very blessed and grateful to work side-by-side with you for God’s kingdom. At Aurora Christian, students will have opportunities to learn scripture and learn more about God through their Bible class and Chapel. Students will be able to apply, inside and outside of the school setting, what they learn in the different academic content areas and through their specials (Music and PE). Students will also participate in the importance of literacy in library. Finally, we want to prepare students for a life of service to Christ by serving others and being the hands and feet of Jesus.

Scripture tells us, “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.” Proverbs 22:6
