Cross Country
With all the glory going to God, our Cross Country Team has enjoyed many successes. Our girls teams have won the Regional Championships 6 times since 2001. They have qualified for the State Finals in Peoria 5 times during that span. Placing 6th in 2006, 7th in 2007 and top 20 place as a team in 2008, 2009 and 2011. The boys team won the regional in 2011 and was a 9th place finish at state as a team.
We have produced 4 all-state runners: Sarina Oleson, Anna Morgan, Ann Schuette (4th place finish), and Bekah Brunner. We have also had over 20 all-conference runners!
Our main goal as a team is promoting running from a Christ-like perspective. We are constantly trying to become more like Jesus through daily team devotions and prayers.
