Parent Transportation Procedures

Elementary Students (K-5th grade)
Arrival Procedures

  • All cars should enter the school off of Bowman Drive.
  • Monday - Thursday
    • From 6:30-7:00am, parents should drop off students at Door #4 (Elementary Lunchroom) for Elementary Early Care. Charges apply - click here.
    • From 7:00-8:30am, parents who choose to drop off students should follow the traffic flow around the building to Door #25. Staff will be there to direct children.
    • If parents choose to park, please use the first few rows in the main parking lot (west lot) and enter through the School Entrance (Door #11).
    • From 6:30-7:00, elementary students will gather in the Elementary Lunchroom and charges will apply.
    • From 7:00-7:30, elementary students will gather in the Elementary Lunchroom.
    • From 7:30-8:10, elementary students will gather in the MS/HS Cafeteria
    • At 8:10, students will be dismissed from the MS/HS Cafeteria to their classrooms.
  • Friday
    • From 6:30-8:30am, parents should drop off students at Door #24 and students will gather in the Auxilliary Gym. Charges apply from 6:30-7:00am - click here.
    • From 7:00-8:30am, parents may choose to park in the main parking lot (west lot) and enter through the School Entrance (Door #11).
  • If you need to come to the Elementary Office for any reason (including late check-in), it is located on the south side of the building, enter through Door #1.
  • When the School Entrance entry doors are locked (at 8:20am every day), you may enter the building through the Main Entrance (Door #1) - please proceed to the Elementary Office.

Dismissal Procedures

  • Pick-Up Transportation Options
    • Parents arriving between 3:00-3:45pm should park in the main parking lot, enter through the School Entrance (Door #11), and pick up students in the MS/HS Cafeteria.
    • Parents arriving between 3:45-6:00pm should drive around to the Elementary Cafeteria (Door #4) and pick up students in Elementary Extended care, which is held in the Elementary Cafeteria until 6:00pm. Charges apply - Click Here

Middle & High School Students (6th-12th grade)
Arrival Procedures

  • All students driving to school must park in the main (west) parking lot in their assigned spot. A permit is required.
  • Parents who are dropping off students should enter the school from Bowman drive, proceeed to the second driveway on the left, and follow the flow of traffic, staying in two lanes, and dropping off students at the School Entrance (Door #11).
  • MS & HS Early Morning Care will be held in the MS/HS Cafeteria from 7:00-7:35am. Students may not arrive at school prior to 7:00am.
  • Middle and High School students will enter through the School Entrance (Door #11) doors and congregate in the North Gym Lobby until dismissal time.
  • Students will be dismissed at 7:35 to proceed to their lockers and First Hour class.:

Dismissal Procedures

  • All bus loading will be done on the east side of the school.
  • MS & HS Students will exit the building through the School Entrance (Door #11).
  • HS student drivers and parents need to follow the traffic flow pattern.
  • Any and all MS/HS Students in the building after 3:15pm will be escorted to Extended Care.
  • MS & HS Extended Care will be held in the HS Forum Room until 6:00pm. Charges apply - Click Here
