WEEKLY NEWSLETTERS

Fridge Notes - Fridge Notes is a weekly Preschool/Elementary Newsletter that is sent home to all custodial parents & guardians of Preschool & Elementary students on Tuesdays. Fridge Notes features a "10-Day Ticker" with upcoming events, lunch menus, student/teacher birthdays, and communicates weekly announcements as well.

A Week in the Life - "AWITL" is a weekly Middle School/High School Newsletter that is sent home to all custodial parents & guardians of Middle School & High School stuents on Mondays. In the event that there is no school on a Monday, AWITL will be sent home on the first day of the school week. AWITL features a weekly calendar with upcoming events, driving directions to games & other events, lunch menus, and communiateds weekly announcements as well.

MONTHLY NEWSLETTERS

Principal's E-News - Mr. Etchison, PS/ES Principal, writes a monthly newsletter that is sent home on the 1st of each month. This newsletter serves to communicate more details on upcoming events, highlight teachers, and keep parents "in the loop" on current events & ways to get involved.

Family Focus - The MS/HS Admin Team writes a monthly newsletter that is sent home on the 1st of each month. This newsletter serves to communicate the goings-on in each arena of the school (Spiritual Life, Curriculum & Guidance, College Guidance, Dean's Office, Athletics), as well as highlight teachers, and keep parents "in the loop" on current events & ways to get involved.

Super News - Miss House, Superintendent, writes a monthly newsletter that is sent home on the 15th of each month to all families in the school. This newsletter serves to communicate the 'big picture' events, activities, changes, and business practices of the school. Members of the district team (Advancement Team, Finance, Facilites, etc.) contribute columns as applicable.

PARENT ALERT

RenWeb supplies ACS with a Parent Alert system which allows the school to communicate important information (snow days, etc.) using alternative communication methods including, but not limited to: Parent Alert phone calls and Parent Alert text messages.
