The members of our leadership team effectively lead our faculty and students in all aspects of their Christian education.  Distributed leadership is described as "the sharing, the spreading, and the distributing of leadership work across individuals and roles throughout the organization" (Smylie, Mayrowetz, Murphy, & Louis, 2007)

Mrs. Sarah Woolridge's passion for Christian education began 12 years ago when she began home schooling her own children. Because of home schooling, over a ten-year period, she was afforded the opportunities to teach K-7th grade.  She began her teaching ministry in Christian Schools as a Parent Volunteer Coordinator at Monticello Christian Academy in Monticello, Illinois. She taught Art to 2nd-4th grade students, as well as, Health and Spanish to 4th graders at Community Christian School in Richmond, Indiana.  Later, Mrs. Woolridge taught Pre-K (3's & 4's) at St. James Lutheran School in Lafayette, Indiana.  After being hired at Aurora Christian in January of 2012 as the Middle School Focus teacher, she began assisting in the finance office, helping with day-to-day operations.  Mrs. Woolridge and her husband Adam have two children, Hannah and Ben.  She and her family reside in Aurora and attend Harvest Bible Chapel - Naperville.
