2012-2013 ACS TUITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (TAP)

ACS is committed to working with you to make Christian education affordable, and partners with FACTS to help manage tuition aid. If you are in need of financial assistance for the 2012-2013 school year please follow the procedures below.

 LIMITED FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE SO EARLY APPLICATION IS VERY IMPORTANT! 

TAP PROCESS FOR CURRENT AND RETURNING ACS FAMILIES

PREREQUISITES FOR TUITION AID

  • Ensure that tuition payments for re-enrolling students are up to date according to payment plan. (Re-enrolling students will not be eligible for enrollment or assistance if account is not up to date.)
  • Ensure that previous TAP commitments are fulfilled.

TUITION AID PROCESS

  1. Apply for aid at FACTS online. You may use your 2010 Federal Tax Return to get started. (You will pay a $25 FACTS TAP application fee.)
  2. Receive your aid offer. Once FACTS has verified your application (approximately 2 weeks after submission), ACS will notify you regarding your tuition aid. Early TAP application is highly encouraged.
  3. Accept your award (if applicable). Submit your Award letter and Work Study agreement to the ACS finance office within 10 days of receipt (specific date will be noted in letter). Failure to submit your award letter to ACS within 10 days of receipt will result in loss of award.
  4. Re-enroll for the 2012-2013 school year. Re-enrollment information can be found here.

TAP PROCESS FOR NEW ACS FAMILIES

TUITION AID PROCESS

  1. Apply for aid at FACTS online. You may use your 2010 Federal Tax Return to get started. (You will pay a $25 FACTS TAP application fee and will be notified regarding your aid within 2-3 weeks of application.)
  2. Receive your aid offer. Once FACTS has verified your application (approximately 2 weeks after submission), ACS will notify you regarding your tuition aid. Early TAP application is highly encouraged!
  3. Enroll and accept your award (if applicable). Submit your Award letter and Work Study agreement to the ACS finance office within 10 days of receipt (specific date will be noted in letter). Failure to enroll and submit your award letter to ACS within 10 days of receipt will result in loss of award.
  4. Complete the Admission process for the 2012-2013 school year. The process can be found here.

Phone Assistance is available Monday-Thursday 10:00am-7:00pm and Friday 10:00am-5:00pm CST

  • Applying online is the fastest and most direct method of submitting your application. Click HERE to get started!
  • Returning users who have previously applied with FACTS can use their existing username and password.
  • Once you have registered and signed in, you will complete the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment application online. The $25 FACTS application fee can be paid by credit card or automatic debit from your account.
  • After completing the online application, mail or fax your supporting tax documentation to FACTS.
    APPLICATIONS CANNOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL TAX FORMS ARE SUBMITTED TO FACTS.
