2013-2014 RE-ENROLLMENT PROCESS

STEP 1: REGISTER ONLINE

  • FACTS - Families currently using FACTS Payment Program have been reenrolled automatically into a 2013-2014 FACTS payment plan. Reenrolling families NOT currently using FACTS must Log in to FACTS Tuition Payment Plan and create an account. Please note that there is a FACTS re-enrollment fee (up to $50) payable by credit card or automatic debit from your account. If you choose the pay in full option, this FACTS fee will be waived. 
  • RenWeb - Update online RenWeb Family Demographic form from within your RenWeb account.
  • Tuition Assistance - If needed, apply online for tuition assistance with FACTS. There is a $25 FACTS application fee. More information about Aurora Christian's Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) can be found here. (Please note:Your 2012 W-2 and 2011 Federal Tax Return are required. More details can be found on the FACTS website.)

 

STEP 2: MEET WITH FINANCE OFFICE

  • Sign 2013-2014 Tuition Contract. (To expedite your meeting with the Finance Office you can download this form and bring your signed form with you to ACS.)
  • Submit $250.00/student non-refundable* deposit, credited toward fees ($500.00/family max.)
  • Confirm and sign FACTS Tuition Payment Plan

2013-2014 TUITION RATES

A $250/student ($500/family maximum) non-refundable deposit is required to re-enroll, payable by cash, check or credit card.

*FEES: Activity Fee added to alleviate the hassle of standard all-student costs. These fees must be paid in full by the first day of school in August. (TRP Insurance and Book/Tech/Activity Fees,Textbooks, Software and Licensing Fees, RenWeb Subscription, MS/HS Fall Class outings, Elementary Color T-Shirt, Special school day cookouts, Chapels, Red Zone T-Shirt, Student admission to regular season home athletic events and drama productions, MS Funway & Sports Fest, other all-student activity costs.)

Additional costs that may apply throughout the year that are not included are: Elective course fees (charged to account), Class field trips, MS/HS PE Uniform, Parking Pass, Lunch Account, Sports Fees, Drama Fees, Homecoming Event, Jingle Bell Christmas, Sr. Trip, MS Outdoor Ed, Jr/Sr Banquet, etc.

ACS uses FACTS as our Tuition Management System. Every ACS family must enroll with FACTS to select one of the payment plans listed below:
