6-12 Admissions

1. Prospective families must complete and submit a New Student Information Sheet to the school office. Click here to download the form online, or here to have a paper copy sent to you.

2. Once the office receives this information, an interview will be scheduled with a member of the administration  The purpose of this interview is to familiarize you with the philosophy and goals of the school and also for the school to become acquainted with you.

3. If both parties agree to continue the enrollment process after the interview, the following documents must be submitted to the school office:

  • Standardized test results from the preceding school year

  • Copy of academic records/transcripts

  • School background check (history)

  • Two references

4. Once the office has received these documents, an Entrance Exam will be scheduled.  Testing will require approximately 3 hours.  Please bring a $25.00 testing fee to your appointment. Financial arrangements will be made, and a student schedule developed.

5. After the student's school history has been reviewed and the test has been scored, the results will be shared with the family.  Based on the initial interview, previous test scores, transcripts, and placement test scores, final acceptance will be determined.

6. If acceptance is granted, the following steps will complete enrollment

  • Sign the Tuition Contract

  • Select a Tuition Payment Plan

  • Submit a $250.00 Registration Fee
