Summer Reading
- Not sure what Summer Reading is all about? Check out the English Department Page for more info...
- Purchase Books - For your convenience, you may purchase summer reading books for your child through the Sullivan Campus library. Please fill out the downloadable form and return it with your payment to Mrs. Gina Jira by Friday, May 7th. Orders for current 5th graders may be turned in to the office at the elementary campus. Orders will be available for pickup before the end of the school year. Please be sure to provide all of the information needed.
- Checkout Books - Most of the summer reading books (in limited quantities) are also available for checkout from our Sullivan library collection over the summer.
Summer School Information
All required classes failed for the semester must be completed during summer school. Classes may be taken at Aurora Christian School, online through ACS using Alpha Omega Academy (AO), through private tutors approved by ACS, at Waubonsee Community College, at your district's public high school (you must contact them directly), online through Illinois Virtual School (IVS), or at the community college of your residence. Course fees and dates vary depending on the option you choose.
- ACS - $262.50, June 7-June 24 - payable to the teacher
- Alpha Omega Academy - $200, all online at your home, must be completed by August 20, 2010 - payable to ACS
- Waubonsee Community College - $165, June 22-July 28 - payable to WCC
- Illinois Virtual School - $225, all online at your home, must be completed by August 20, 2010 - payable to ACS
- Private Tutoring - per hour at your tutor's discretion (must be approved by ACS)

Athletics
All athletes MUST have obtained an “OK to Play” pass from the Athletic Office PRIOR to the first day of practice. No athlete will be permitted to participate in ACS practices or games without an “OK to Play” pass.
